30-40 people in attendance? I was at the first one at Mount Auburn St. There was 10-12 tables and 10-12 at each table along with folks sitting around the edge of the room. There was at least 100-120 at that session. The others were all booked out with not available slots.

Sounds like they already have changes for this year decided - read carefully below.
"the UBC has three items on its current agenda: to assess the 2015 health benefits plan and look at other possible plans for next year; to improve communications between the UBC and people affected by its recommendations; and to measure the impact of the changes to the 2015 plan"

The one at Longwood was limited to 45 participants -- for the whole Longwood campus.

"Health Benefits Plan Will ‘Likely’ Change in Future" . Don't forget these are the same people that promised a reduction in premium costs which resulted in $10 a month while out of pocket costs sky rocketed to about $200 a month for me (and thats with no health issues in my house). They did not indicate that the plan would change for the better of the employees. I trust this UBC about as far as I could throw them. I would not get too excited about what this cast of characters have in the works. There is a good probability its going to cost us more.
