I was planning to go to a Town Hall session at either the medical school or the Kennedy school, as per the Harvie schedule. I just looked at Harvie and saw that the main Harvie page describes two new "educational sessions" *this week*, one at HSPH and one at HMS. On the Harvie page about the 2015 changes, harvie.harvard.edu/Compensation_Benefits/Health_Benefits/Understanding_2015_Plan_Changes , the list of town halls (3 in total) is no longer there, on the right side. Anybody know if the faculty are getting separate invitations to "Town Halls" as per the President's concession to the FAS faculty?

According to HARVie, the town halls are full. I am going to the one in Longwood on March 16, but I don't know if you can drop in or you have to register. I got an email a few weeks ago. I think the other meetings are different according to my coworker who went today.
